Sassy Soda Recipe
A double-whammy with coffee ice cream and coffee. A wee touch of rum too.
INGREDIENTS: 1 pint coffee ice cream 2 tbs ground coffee 1/2 cup light rum 4-6 scoops vanilla ice cream
PREPARATION: Blend coffee ice cream, coffee and rum in a blender until smooth. Pour into tall glasses, and top with a scoop of vanilla. Serves 4-6
