Hot Buttered Coffee Recipe
INGREDIENTS: 1 teaspoon unsalted butter 1 teaspoon brown sugar 5-6 ounces freshly brewed Jamaican coffee, steaming 1 whole clove 1 tablespoon dark rum 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
PREPARATION:
Put butter in an Irish coffee glass or mug, then pour in the steaming coffee. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Add clove and rum. Dust with nutmeg.
