RUM COFFEE

Stirr an egg yolk, 2 cl rum, 1 table spoon of sugar, 125 cl hot water, some cream and 1 full teaspoon of instant coffee well and put it in a wide cup.
COCOS COFFEE

Put 1 teaspoon full of cocos liquor in 125 cl hot instant coffee. Put 2 table spoons with cream whipped with sugar on top and at last throw a little bit roasted cocos over it.
BERMUDA ICED COFFEE

Put cold instant coffee with sugar, milk, cream and ice cream in the mixer and put it in a glass.
CAPPUCCINO-GRANITA

Mix 1,5 dl strong coffee, 1 table spoon of sugar, 0,5 dl milk and 1 tea spoon coffee liquor and put it for 4 hours in the fridge, stirr it every half hour with a fork. Put the high glass also for at least an hour in the fridge before serving.
