Coffee Fredo
This Americanized version of espresso fredo (iced coffee) is a creamy rich version that is sure to be an all-year-round favorite. Quantities can be easily multiplied for a crowd.
Ingredients:
- 5 shots, espresso (7 1/2 ounces) or 1 cup (8 ounces) Dunkin' Donuts Original Blend brewed strong
- 1 quart + 5 1/2 ounces of whole cold milk
Directions:
Mix together in a blender and serve in tumblers filled with coffee iced cubes. Can also be mixed in a shaker and served plain in lowball glasses.
NOTE: If you like your iced coffee sweetened, add sugar to the hot coffee before blending with the milk.
