Cafe Nero Recipe
An unusual recipe, and you'll have to approximate the quantities for this coffee and Galliano cocktail.
INGREDIENTS:
Galliano
Sugar
Lime juice
Hot coffee
PREPARATION:
Rim a glass with sugar, then coat the inside of the glass with sugar and lime juice. Fill the glass halfway with Galliano and light it. Twirl the glass slowly to melt and caramelize the sugar. Fill the rest of the glass with hot coffee.
