Mix 2 c. flour and 2 c. sugar in a bowl. In the microwave heat to boiling: 1c. margarine/butter, 1 c. strong brewed coffee and 1/4 c. cocoa. Pour into bowl with flour and sugar. Add 1/2 c. sour milk (milk with a little vinegar in it is what I do), 2 eggs, 1 tsp. b. soda and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix well at high speed. Pour onto large greased cookie sheet (I use a jelly pan). Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
Make your frosting while the brownies are in the oven: Heat till boiling in microwave the following: 1/2 c. margarine, 2 Tbsp. cocoa and 1/4 c. milk. Stir well to mix, then mix in 3 1/2 c. icing sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Cool slightly and then spread over the hot brownies, cool and cut.

If you find that you have leftover brewed coffee and don't want to waste it, instead of discarding that last bit of coffee at the bottom of the pot, pour the leftover coffee into ice cube trays and freeze.
You can use them later for chilled coffee drinks. The next time you're anxious to begin drinking your piping hot coffee, you can simply pop in a "coffee cube" to cool it a bit without diluting it. This works well for nearly any beverage.
Refrigerate leftover morning coffee in the summer for great iced coffee drinks! One suggestion is to add them to chocolate milk for a chilled mocha drink.
Don't pour out leftover coffee. Freeze it into coffee ice cubes for iced coffee or other iced drinks.

How To FreezeSteps: 1. Brew a pot of fresh coffee. If you're making the coffee just to be iced, prepare a slightly stronger blend than usual to account for ice melting later.
2. Transfer the desired amount to a carafe or pitcher.

3. Let stand at room temperature for 3 to 5 hours, or refrigerate for 1 1/2 to 3 hours.
4. Fill a 10- to 12-oz. glass with ice cubes.

5. Pour the chilled coffee into the glass.

6. Stir the coffee to equalize its temperature. Add milk if you like.
Tips:
* Iced coffee is best with darker-roast coffee blends. Experiment to find the one you like best.
* If you like sugar in your iced coffee, sweeten it while it's hot, or it will take longer for sugar to dissolve.
* Cooling the coffee prevents too much melting of the ice, which dilutes the brew. If you want iced coffee right away, make the coffee double-strength. If you like iced coffee a lot, make some coffee ice cubes to use instead.
* If you want just plain iced coffee, then brew a pot, cool to room temperature, pour into ice cube molds, freeze, and then use. Don't use ice cubes unless you want to water down the coffee flavor.
* For those who like milk in their iced coffee, freeze milk in ice cube molds, and then add those instead of regular ice.
Warnings:
* Never put a pot of hot coffee directly in the refrigerator. The rapid change in temperature can crack the glass.
